A booking form will be emailed/faxed/mailed to you at time of booking. Please review our terms and conditions prior to booking. A signed booking form and terms and conditions form will be required prior to confirmation of booking. For best tour selection, reservations should be made at least 60 days in advance. Last minute bookings can be made up one week prior to departure, but are dependent on availability. For booking made within 60 days of departure, we will begin checking tour availability only if we have a full guarantee of payment. We will contact you within 2 business days to confirm your booking. Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you by means of fax, regular or electronic mail. At that time, we will require a non-refundable deposit of $300/per person per booking. Some holidays require a higher deposit or different payment requirement and are indicated with the prices.
