Extreme dog-sledding in the wilderness of Western Canada

The true professional racing experience! A 24 hour trip in real race fashion -- 'mush' into the night, cook over an open fire, and sleep on the trail the way a veteran 'dog musher' would on a long distance race such as the Iditarod.

This trip has an afternoon departure and you have the option of driving an escorted team of race dogs, or sitting in the sled and just hanging on! If you choose to drive your own team you will be required to arrive a day early to go through a 'musher' orientation day. This day will involve a couple hours of instruction and familiarizing yourself with the dogs and the equipment. Accommodation for extra night is included.

High quality, waterproof winter gear is mandatory, as you will be dealing with Mother Nature on a personal level. Please confirm/inquire to ensure you are adequately equipped. We may be able to help.
