Golf BC Rockies

Golf BC Rockies

Only a 2 1/2-hour drive from Calgary, you can discover the most scenic area of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Enjoy days of picturesque mountain scenery, days of splendid and challenging golf and evenings of soaking in the therapeutic hot springs of the Canadian Rocky Mountains!

The BC Rockies Golf Courses:

The Radium Springs Course

Sitting high on the banks of the Columbia River, The Springs Course follows the natural contours of the land and sets the standard for excellence among area courses. The Springs Course is currently ranked as the 20th best golf course in Canada by Score Golf Magazine in it's bi-annual rating of Canada's top 100 golf courses. Score Magazine's ranking also placed this Les Furber designed masterpiece as the #3 course in British Columbia and the #6 course in Western Canada. Featuring four tee boxes per hole to allow for play from 5,163 to 6,767 yards, The Springs Course offers challenges for the low handicapper and novice alike.Come and enjoy one of the finest golf facilities in Canada. You too will find it spectacular!

Mountainside Golf Course at Fairmont

This 18-hole par 72 CPGA-rated course will enjoyably test your golfing skills. Open mid-March to late October, the golf season at Fairmont is one of the longest in Western Canada. There’s something special about this course. Could it be the way it winds through the mature pine and spruce trees, or perhaps it’s the terrific vistas of the Columbia Valley that challenge you to focus on the view -- instead the ball? Or perhaps it's the “Fairmonster” -- that incredible 600+ yard 4th hole that is the talk of the Pacific Northwest.

Greywolf at Panorama

Greywolf is a spectacular Doug Carrick design that dips and dives in the head-rush country of Intrawest's famed Panorama Mountain Village. Chosen the 'Best New Course in Canada' in 1999 by Golf Digest, Greywolf combines playability with some of the most impressive scenery on our planet. The famous "Cliffhanger" hole requires a mid-iron to a green suspended on, you guessed it, a cliff.

Riverside Golf Course at Fairmont

Challenge the mighty Columbia River! Many golf courses lie next to the Columbia, but only the Riverside Golf Course uses this natural hazard in its design. All of the Par 3's use the gently winding river to guard the greens. Renowned for its superb putting surfaces and course conditions, Riverside presents a challenge worthy of seasoned players, without intimidating recreational golfers. Riverside is regarded as a pleasant walking course. Green to Tee walking is minimal, and the mountain and river views are spectacular.
